Pursuant to NAC 467.011, please see the most recent version of the Prohibited List published by the World Anti-Doping Agency in the link below.
As of February 27, 2014 the commission will no longer consider applications for therapeutic use exemption (T.U.E.) for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (T.R.T.).
Unarmed combatants may apply for a therapeutic use for certain substances found on WADA's list of prohibited substances. If an unarmed combatant believes he or she has a therapeutic use for such a substance, he or she must apply for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (T.U.E.). It is the responsibility of any licensed contestant, or contestant who may be seeking a license in Nevada, to apply for a therapeutic use exemption from the Nevada Athletic Commission. Failure to obtain a therapeutic use exemption for a prohibited substance that is detected after the fact will be considered a violation of NRS Chapter 467, which may be grounds for a disciplinary complaint if a contestant is already licensed, or denial of a license.
